Common questions

How does iCloud Sync work?

Threadlets turns on iCloud Sync during setup if you're signed in to iCloud on your iPhone. Your library is kept in your own private iCloud, so it appears on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. You can turn it off anytime in Settings › iCloud Sync.

iCloud Sync says it isn't on

Make sure you're signed in to iCloud in the Settings app and that iCloud Drive is on, then turn on iCloud Sync in Threadlets Settings. A slow connection can delay the first sync.

How do I delete my data?

Delete items in the app; they stay in Trash for 30 days, or you can empty Trash right away. To remove everything from one device, delete the app. If you created a Threadlets account, you can delete it in Settings. The privacy policy explains what each step removes.

How do I stop sharing a page?

Open the side menu and choose Shares. Swipe left on the page and tap Stop Sharing. The link stops working for everyone right away.
